I own a series of Georgian buildings along with stables and various cottages in the slapton area.
I had my sash box windows serviced, updated with the modern draft excluders along with the lead weights adjusted so the windows now open smoothly and stay open!
Some of the box sash windows were rotten and needed repairing, this was done with a professional finish, the timber was replaced and painted you would never have known that it was repaired.
Also I have had the soffit, facia, badge boards repaired and some replaced like for like, the timber corballs repaired and painted looks good as new!
The roofs on the barns needed replacing, I had Them totally replaced.
I have yearly maintenance out of holiday season and the work is always done to high standard!
